About me

Meet your good neighbor

Hey, I’m Kenneth Beath, and I look forward to being your Good Neighbor.

I’m a Marine veteran, father of six, coach, mentor, and Sunday school teacher.

Throughout my life, I’ve found that some of the most meaningful moments come from simply showing up for people—listening, lending a hand, sharing a laugh, or reminding someone that they matter.

That’s why I founded Good Neighbors For Seniors. I believe growing older should never mean life gets smaller. Seniors deserve to feel seen, valued, independent, and connected.

Getting older is another chapter of life, but not the end of the fun! I want to help seniors keep doing the things that make them feel alive and themselves. I’m CPR and Dementia Care certified, and I bring that same heart for service into every relationship I build.

You’ve spent a lifetime being there for others. Now, let me be there for you.

Our vision

A community where no senior feels overlooked.

We’re growing to become the go-to resource for non-medical concierge services for seniors, because we strongly believe that support should be personal, not clinical.

Our goal is a community where no senior ever feels alone or overlooked. And yes — we think big. We’re working to become the most trusted and reliable senior support brand across South Georgia and beyond.

Our values

Four promises we don’t bend on.

These aren’t wall art. They’re how we decide what to do on an ordinary Tuesday.

We care like family

We’re not just checking in on people for a job. We’re checking in on people we genuinely like and care about.

Trust isn’t given, it’s earned

We don’t just expect you to take our word. We show you through every visit.

Independence, NOT interference

Nobody wants a babysitter, but they do want a good neighbor. We help where it’s needed and step back where it’s not.

We show up

Reliability isn’t something we take lightly. If we say we’re going to show up, that’s a promise you can bet your last dollar on.

Say hello

Let’s be neighbors!

Two minutes on the form is all it takes to get the conversation started.

A little welcome

Thanks for being here!

Small towns. Big hearts.

Either one is enough — whichever is easiest for you.

We’ll use your details to follow up about this offer. Signing up doesn’t book a visit.
