What’s included

The everyday things, taken off your plate.

Mix and match any of these inside your tier. If it’s non-medical and it would help, just ask.

Whoever turns up is background-checked, insured, and CPR and First Aid certified — that part never changes, whichever plan you choose.

  • Errands — groceries, pharmacy, post office, dry cleaning, returns.
  • Transportation — appointments, church, the barber, visits with friends.
  • Home upkeep — light bulbs, filters, batteries, small repairs, seasonal swaps.
  • Organising — mail sorting, appointment reminders, calendars.
  • Companionship — conversation, a walk, a game of cards, an outing.
  • Family updates — a text or call after each visit, if you’d like one.

Good to know

Questions we get a lot.

If yours isn’t here, ask us directly — we answer plainly.

Is this medical care?

No. Good Neighbors is strictly non-medical. We don’t administer medication, provide nursing care, or perform any clinical task. We handle everything around care so the rest of life stays easy. That said, all of our personnel are CPR certified and First Aid certified — so if something unexpected happens, you’re in steady hands until help arrives.

What area do you serve?

We’re based in Valdosta and serve Lowndes, Brooks, Cook, Berrien, Lanier and Echols counties, Georgia. If you’re outside these counties, ask — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.

Do we get the same person every visit?

Our goal is for you to see the same familiar Good Neighbor whenever possible. Consistency helps build trust and makes each visit feel comfortable and personal.

Can family members living out of state arrange this?

Absolutely — a lot of our calls start with an adult child several states away. We keep you in the loop after every visit.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is set after a free in-person visit, so it reflects what you actually need instead of a package you don’t. No contracts, and you can change tiers any time.

Still deciding?

A little welcome

Thanks for being here!

Small towns. Big hearts.

Either one is enough — whichever is easiest for you.

We’ll use your details to follow up about this offer. Signing up doesn’t book a visit.
